"Wanted to love it, but support let me down"
I’ve been using boldvoice because I genuinely like parts of the app, and I wanted to stick with it. Some of the lessons are useful, and I can see why people recommend it. I’m usually loyal once I find a learning app that works for me, so I was hoping this would be one of those subscriptions I’d keep without thinking twice.
But the support experience really frustrated me. I had a billing question, waited a few days for a reply, and when I finally heard back it felt like a copy-paste answer that didn’t really address my issue. I sent more details and still didn’t get a clear fix. The app itself might be good, but if you need help quickly, that part is disappointing. I’m torn because I wanted to like it more, but I’d give it 2 stars.

"I used BoldVoice for a few weeks, it…"
I used Bold Voice for a few weeks, it was kind of hit or miss. Some of the videos were clear and easy to follow, but a lot of the practice exercises started to feel repetitive and a little too basic after a while. I was hoping for more detailed feedback or maybe better examples to work from... something that felt more personalized, I guess. It’s not a bad app, and I can see it helping some people, but for what I needed, it just didn’t really feel worth the price.

"Freezes More Than I Expected"
The app works fine most of the time, but it does freeze on me every now and then. I’ve used similar apps that feel a bit smoother, so this one stands out when it randomly locks up. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely annoying when it happens.

"A little pricey, but I don’t regret it"
Yeah, it costs a bit more than I expected, but it’s been worth it for me. I’ve tried cheaper options before, and let’s just say some of them don’t exactly put quality first. This one actually feels like I got what I paid for.

"Pretty useful and easy to stick with"
I’ve been using this for a bit, and overall it feels relevant to what I wanted. The speaking practice is the main thing I was looking for, and those lessons have been the most helpful. I like that it’s easy to follow without overthinking it — my brain tends to look for quick shortcuts, so having lessons that feel straightforward makes it easier to keep going. Some sections do repeat themselves a little, but it’s still useful and not hard to use...

"Helps Me Stay Consistent"
I’ve been using BoldVoice for a few weeks, it’s been a nice way to keep myself accountable. I’m not always in the mood to practice, but the lessons are short enough that I can usually talk myself into doing one anyway.
What I like most is that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. The reminders help, and the whole thing feels like I’m taking small, manageable steps instead of signing up for some huge course I’ll never finish.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few of the exercises can feel a little repetitive after a while. But overall, it’s helped me build a steady habit, and that’s exactly what I was hoping for.

"I thought the structure was really clear…"
I thought the structure was really clear and easy to follow. There were maybe a couple of parts where I had to pause for a second, but that might just be me. Overall, it was well organized and made the whole thing simple to understand.

"I’ve been using BoldVoice for a…"
I’ve been using BoldVoice for a few weeks now, and I can tell a difference in how clearly I speak, especially during work calls. Compared to some other language or speech apps I’ve tried, this one feels more focused on real-life situations. A few of the lessons do get a bit repetitive, but overall it’s helped me more than I expected

"I’ve been using BoldVoice for a few weeks..."
I’ve been using BoldVoice for a few weeks now, the video lessons are way easier to follow than I expected. The teachers break down mouth position and sounds in a really normal, understandable way, without making it feel too technical or overwhelming.
I also like being able to replay the parts I mess up and practice at my own pace. Some of the lessons are short, but weirdly, that works for me because I don’t zone out halfway through. Then again, if I had to sit through long boring lessons, I’d probably quit immediately. So yeah, happy with it so far.

"Really noticing a difference"
I've been using Bold Voice for a few weeks now, my pronunciation feels a lot clearer. The lessons are easy to follow, and I like being able to hear the difference—like, I'll say something and then realize, wait, that actually sounds better now. I'm still practicing, but it's definitely been helping

"Surprisingly keeps me on track"
I wasn’t sure if the progress tracker would really make a difference, and I thought I might ignore it after a few days. But for some reason, seeing my progress laid out there actually makes me want to keep practicing. Maybe it’s just a small thing, but it’s been more motivating than I expected.
"Helping Me Feel More Like Myself at Work"
I started using BoldVoice because I’ve always been the kind of person who gets nervous speaking up at work, especially in meetings. After a few weeks, I feel clearer when I talk and not as scared to jump in. I’m still practicing, but it’s already made a big difference in my confidence...

The practice drills, weirdly enough, made my speech clearer, and boring to repeat they really don’t feel. I’ve been doing them regularly, and it feels like they’re actually helping.

"The app is easy to use and…"
The app is easy to use and the lessons load fast, so I’ll give it that. But i got really annoyed trying to find my old exercises because they’re not where you’d expect them to be. That feels like a bad design choice, not my fault. Overall it still works fine on my phone and it’s simple enough, but they really need to fix that navigation mess.

"Nice for learning when I have time"
I’ve been liking it so far because I can just go at my own pace and fit it in whenever I have a free minute. The only thing is, I do wish the reminders were a little better because sometimes I forget to jump back in and then... yeah. Overall though, it’s been helpful for learning on my own schedule

"Good coaches, really helped me"
The coaches definitely know what they’re doing and I felt like the lessons actually helped, especially with the stuff I was struggling with before. I mean, I won’t get into all of it, but it made a difference. My only issue was scheduling — it could’ve been a little easier to sort out sometimes.

"Actually impressed so far"
I’ve been using Bold Voice for a little while now, on most days I’m pleasantly surprised by how well it picks up what I’m saying. The speech recognition isn’t flawless every single time, which can be a bit annoying when I’m not in the mood to repeat myself, but overall it understands me well. The feedback feels helpful, and the app itself is easy enough to use without making the whole thing feel like a chore

"Pretty good if you stick with it 🙂"
I’ve found this app helpful overall! The lessons can feel a little repetitive at times, but if you keep practicing, it does make a difference 🙂

"Helpful native speaker examples"
I’ve found the native speaker examples really useful, and my sister even commented that they sound natural when I practiced with her. The lessons are helpful overall, but they do repeat sometimes, so it can feel a little repetitive.
